# branch (/docs/cli/branch)

List platform branches for a project.

Location: CLI > branch

Use `branch` commands to inspect the platform branches of a project. The commands do not create anything on the platform. See [Branching](/guides/features-2-compute-branching) for how platform branches work.

## Usage

#### bun

```bash
bunx prisma branch list
```

#### pnpm

```bash
pnpm prisma branch list
```

#### yarn

```bash
yarn prisma branch list
```

#### npm

```bash
npx prisma branch list
```

## Commands

| ------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| `branch list` | List platform branches for the linked project |
