List Alchemy stacks

GET/v1/projects/{projectId}/branches/{branchId}/alchemy-state/state/stacksList Alchemy stacks

Lists the distinct stack names with state or output rows on the branch. Requires no deploy lease: the stock client's auth probe (checkHttpStateStoreAuth) calls this endpoint bare, and it exposes stack names only.
