Alchemy state store version

GET/v1/projects/{projectId}/branches/{branchId}/alchemy-state/versionAlchemy state store version

Unauthenticated contract-version probe served verbatim from the pinned alchemy HttpStateApi contract. Returns the constant only and never inspects the addressed project or branch.
