Set Alchemy stack output

PUT/v1/projects/{projectId}/branches/{branchId}/alchemy-state/state/stacks/{stack}/stages/{stage}/outputSet Alchemy stack output

Overwrites the stack output for the stage, encrypted at rest, and echoes the stored value.
